JA5000 Workbench with LisStat™ ESD Laminate

JA5000 ESD benches feature two mounted wrist strap jacks for convenience. Two grounding wires are also provided to take the static from the frame to either an adjoining bench or to ground. To guarantee a static-free work area, all ESD work surfaces have laminated edges using the same static control laminate as used on the top, while the underside of the work surface has a laminated solid aluminum sheet.

ESD Maintenance: Always clean ESD work surfaces with ammoniated detergent, rinsing with clear water. Do not use wax or anything that can leave a coating on the laminate, as these may adversely affect or modify its resistance properties.

JA5000 Series work benches are constructed of 2" x 2", 16 gauge tubular steel legs and a 1" x 2", 16 gauge tubular steel apron. These benches can withstand loads of up to 5,000 lbs. of evenly distributed weight, making workbenches some of the strongest, most reliable benches on the market.
The standard work surface height is 30" when using a regular office chair, and 36" when using a counter or bench height chair. can cut the legs to a custom height at no charge. Custom frame colors are available for an additional fee.

JA5000 workbenches assemble easily in minutes. The top and apron are factory assembled and welded for stability, and the legs bolt to the worksurface with one strong bolt per leg. Hundreds of optional accessories can be utilized by attaching uprights to your work bench.
